Gooey Flourless Chocolate Muffins

Makes approximately 8 muffins


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup raw cacao powder


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Once everything is mixed well, spoon the mixture into muffin cases on a tray.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy them whilst they are still a little warm, or leave to cool and store them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
