Gooey Flourless Chocolate Muffins
Makes approximately 8 muffins
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 very ripe bananas
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
- Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Once everything is mixed well, spoon the mixture into muffin cases on a tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy them whilst they are still a little warm, or leave to cool and store them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
