Acai berry breakfast bowl
- 2 tablespoons acai berry powder
- ½ banana
- 1 handful of berries
- 1 medjool date
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup water
- To top
Choose from nuts, berries, coconut yogurt, goji berries or raw cacao nibs
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Sprinkle with the toppings of your choice.
