This six-week livestreamed interactive course is designed for those who would like to deepen their practice, by exploring the techniques of yoga asana, pranayama and meditation in greater depth, and by exploring some fundamental concepts of yogic philosophy. This course is ideal if you’d like to develop your own home practice, or if you’d like to immerse yourself in yoga for six weeks.

The course will include:

  • 3 hours of tuition every Saturday morning with Felicity via Zoom, as follows:
    • 9.30-9.45am – introduction to this week’s class focus
    • 9.45-11.15am – 90 minute asana practice (Hatha Yoga)
    • 11.15-11.30am – 15 minute pranayama or meditation practice
    • 11.30-11.40am – break
    • 11.40-12.30pm – practice follow up Q&A, philosophy introduction & discussion
  • Unlimited access to the video recordings of the 3-hour sessions for the duration of the course.
  • Unlimited class pass for all of Felicity’s livestreamed classes for six weeks.
  • WhatsApp group for the participants for discussion and Q&A.

The number of participants is limited to 15 people so that Felicity can keep a close eye on everyone during the practices and provide feedback.

We recommend that you have a yoga mat, 2 x bricks, and a yoga belt (or substitutes).
